We have since long been advising our retained clients on the various HR & IR issues and have also been representing them in the courts of law. We have also been handling litigation before NIRC, Federal and Provincial Services Tribunals on behalf of individuals as well as departments During this time, we have developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in:

• Drafting Staff Service Rules for public sector companies.
• Drafting and Registration of Pension Funds, Provident Funds and Gratuity Funds and their respective rules.
• Advising employers on the rights and obligations of employees and changing IR laws.
• Drafting workplace SOPs, policies, HR manuals, rules and regulations.
• Social compliance audits.
We have also close relation with all Pakistan Federation Association of Industries (APFI) as an association of Employers in collaboration with Employers Federation of Pakistan.
