We have represented our clients before the regulatory bodies all over the Pakistan and successfully secured their rights in accordance with the local law. The work done as follows:

• Represented Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority in various writ petitions, wherein, the Petitioners have challenged the show cause notices issued for violation of PEMRA laws.
• Represented Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority in writ petition, wherein various petitioner has challenged the issuance of ‘B-3’ category new licence in rural areas in violation of Section 19 of PEMRA Ordinance 2002.
• Represented Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) in number of constitutional petitions, wherein, the Petitioners have challenged the Notification dated 31.08.2015 regarding tariff on natural gas.
• Represented Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan in various appeals filed, before Honourble Lahore High Court, against the decision of Appellate Bench of SECP.

Also, Represented Pakistan Telecommunication Authority in various writ petitions, wherein, the Petitioners have challenged the recovery of outstanding dues by PTA.
